Kasay Construction specializes in custom home construction and remodels across the Southeastern US. Focusing on high performance energy efficient homes, we strive to build healthier homes and beautiful spaces for all of our clients. Our commitment is to build each project with the best building materials and the latest in building science principles in a constant pursuit of excellence.
Meet Steven
Steven Kasay founded Kasay Construction in 2016 as a renovation firm with a goal of serving all clients with an unparalleled transparency and communication process throughout the project. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, he quickly noticed the poor building methods builders were using on the homes he was renovating.

In 2022, Steven became certified as one of the only Certified Passive House Tradesperson's in the Southeast in an effort to build better, more durable homes. His firm now focuses on building healthy and durable homes for every client on top of the renovation services he has always provided.

Steven currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, son, and chocolate lab.
