Fort Lauderdale Pool

Fort Lauderdale Pool Oasis

We were hired to build a pool house to match the existing home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All cabinetry was done in house with book matched black walnut veneer cabinetry to create the seamless clean look that the designer requested. The pool house was built during the new pool build by Van Kirk Pools and Spas.

Carmel Park Outdoor

Carmel Park Outdoor Renovation

Kasay Construction was hired after a concrete slab over a covered outdoor living space had failed and rotted through the deck and framing. We removed the existing concrete deck and existing fireplace and built a new Trex Deck over new waterproof membrane and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill where the old fireplace stood.

Lake Norman Exterior

Lake Norman Exterior Renovation

Kasay Construction was brought on this job by the homeowners to renovate the rear lake facing facade of the house. After years of exposure, the windows had been compromised and led to extensive wood rot on the structural walls. We replaced the existing windows with new custom Marvin windows and door and re-painted the exterior stucco with Keim Mineral Paint.

William King

William King House Historic Renovation

Kasay Construction was hired to renovate the historic William King House in Abingdon, VA. Built in 1802, this home contains 3 original stories over a finished basement. Kasay Construction added on an approximately 2500 square modern amenity addition on the backside of the historic home to allow for a modern kitchen, owner's suite and 2nd floor bathrooms while keeping the historic integrity of the house.

Expected finish Fall 2023.

Dooley House

Dooley House Historic Renovation

Kasay Construction was hired in the spring of 2021 to relocate the historic Dooley House in Abingdon, VA. The lot where the Dooley House sat was slated to be used for a new outdoor pavilion for a neighboring church. Rather than see the house be torn down, we were hired to relocate the church 200 yards away to another lot. With the partnership of the Town of Abingdon, Wallberg Construction, and Wolfe House and Building Movers, we were able to save the building.

In the summer of 2023, Kasay Construction was hired again to do a full gut renovation on the existing home adding on approximately 2600 square feet and creating four luxury rooms.

Expected Finish Spring of 2024.
