OUR PROCESS
A Clear Path From Start to Finish.
We believe a great home starts with a great process. Here's what you can expect when you work with us.
01
Discovery
We start by listening. We learn about your goals, how you live, your priorities, budget, and vision for the project. This helps us understand what's possible and ensures we're the right fit for your project.
02
Design & Planning
We collaborate with you and your design team to refine the details, explore options, and develop a clear plan for your home. Together we. finalize the design, selections, budget, and timeline before construction begins.
03
Pre-Construction
We handle the behind-the-scenes details so your project is set up for success. This includes finalizing permits, ordering materials, coordinating trades, and confirming all logistics before breaking ground.
04
Build
With the planning in place, we bring the project to life through careful craftsmanship, consistent communication, and attention to the details behind the walls as much as the finishes you see.
05
Finishes & Detail
As the home takes shape, we focus on the elements that make it feel like a home. We coordinate and install your selected finishes, fixtures, and final details with the same level of care and precision as the structural work.
06
Completion & Care
We walk through the finished home together, address any final details, and make sure you feel confident in your home. Our commitment doesn't end at handing over the keys, we are here long after construction is complete.
