Dooley House Historic Renovation

In spring 2021, Kasay Construction helped save the historic Dooley House in Abingdon, VA, by relocating it approximately 200 yards to another lot. Its original site was planned for an outdoor pavilion for a neighboring church. Working with the Town of Abingdon, Wallberg Construction, and Wolfe House and Building Movers, the team preserved the house rather than allowing it to be demolished.
In the summer of 2023, Kasay Construction was hired again to do a full gut renovation on the existing home adding on approximately 2600 square feet and creating four luxury rooms.
