Capstan Green

This 7,200 sq ft Lake Norman residence was completely gutted and transformed into a modern, healthy retreat. Highlights include all-new bathrooms, a custom kitchen featuring walnut cabinetry and a backlit onyx bar, and zero-VOC finishes throughout. A new spa area offers a cold plunge tub and sauna for ultimate wellness. We also added a 2,200 sq ft attached garage with a nanny suite above and generous storage below the suspended slab.
